The very first post

Hello,

私のウェブサイトに来ていただき、ありがとうございます。私の友達、友達の友達、家族、そして全く面識のない方もみなさんようこそ。やっとサイトを公開できるということでとても嬉しく思っています。

Thank you for your visit - whether you are a friend of mine, a friend of my friend, a relative, or a total stranger, you are all very welcome :) I'm very happy to announce that this site is now open!

いつも、ジャックや私が撮った写真、残しておきたい思い出や気持ちなど、私から出てきたものたちを置いておくスペースのようなものが欲しいなと思っていました。

I've always wanted a space to place what came out from myself, such as Jack, photos that I took, memories or feelings that I want to keep. Especially for Jack, I think it is a good place to be.

ここで、ジャックについて少しお話します。ジャックを描き始めたのは１１歳くらいの時だったと思います。それから、その場にあった紙切れや授業の板書用ノートの隅、時には紙でないものに描いてきました。はじめは単なる落書きでしたが、ふと何か特別なものを感じたんです。よく覚えていませんが、周りの友達に、私はジャックみたいに動く（ジャックのアニメとか作ったこと無いんですが）とかジャックに似てるとか言われて。その頃からでしょうか、ジャックと私自身のつながりについて考えるようになったのは。

Here's a little talk about Jack: I think the first time I drew Jack was when I was 11 or so. Since then, I have been drawing him on a piece of paper that I found, a corner of a notebook page that I was using in class, sometimes not even on a paper - It started as doodling, but at some point I felt something special in it. I don't remember exactly, but it was when my friends around me pointed out that I move like Jack (I've never made animated Jack though) or I look like Jack. Somehow I came to realise some connection between me and Jack.

何でこれまで描き続けてきたのか（ポーズはありましたが・・・）、そしてこれが自分にとってどういうこと、意味なのか、よくわかってません。これから探っていこうと思います。

I am still figuring out why I never stopped drawing Jack (there were some pauses, I have to say) and what this means to me. Well, this is what I'm and will be working on.

ジャックだけでなく私の撮った写真や綴った言葉は私の小さな一部のようなものです。よかったら、いろいろ見ていってください。

Jack as well as my photos or words that I keep here are like tiny pieces of me. Go look around and enjoy :) Hope you will have nice time here.
